Digital styling portal development
Project Overview
In the year of Covid, the entire fashion segment began to actively go digital, the founders of SensoDuo decided to go digital with their product as well. This idea was to expand the project's customer base and open up new prospects for business growth.
My Role
Product design and UX/UI design. I worked in a tandem and did everything together with one more designer.
I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long.
Before incorporating visual aids into speeches, the speaker should understand that if used incorrectly, the visual will not be an aid, but a distraction.
Our focus was on the landing page - as it is our entry point for attracting new customers. Here we made a semantic structure of the page, breaking it down into basic blocks - who we are, why you need this service, reasons to believe. In terms of visual style, we had to make the project intriguing and convey the spirit of "high fashion".
Understanding the user
The summation of clients' pain points gave the understanding that: - There is a need for personalized service. "I want to be heard and get individual, exclusive service." - Having a digital version sounds interesting, but it's not clear "what's in it for me." - "The service should be cheaper than a private stylist, but leave all the benefits of a human approach to service."
Problem solving & Opportunities for improvement
1) To give a sense of individual approach through consultation.. 2) Show and tell about the benefits of the digital platform. A buyer's office with the ability to book products, schedule online consultations, and manage subscriptions quickly and efficiently.. 3) To tell about the stylists of the service and their backgrounds.
